How a review works
A straight answer on whether a claim is worth making
The review looks at your courses, your learners, your status and your VAT history, and tells you whether any route to exemption applies, roughly what a claim could be worth after input tax, and what the risks are. The consultation is 100% free.
What happens

- You get a clear answerWhether a route applies, a rough net figure by period, the risks including the Supreme Court appeal and unjust enrichment, and what we would do next.
- You decideIf you go ahead, the scope and fee basis are agreed in writing first. If you do not, that is the end of it.
